Subscription & Billing Data

All payment transactions, subscription checkouts, and billing data are collected and processed directly by our authorized Merchant of Record (Paddle). We do not collect or store your raw credit card numbers or financial account details on our servers.

Third-Party API & Social Media Tokens

To post automatically to your connected accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), we request and store OAuth authentication tokens and API connection permissions. We do not store your raw social media account passwords.

User-Generated Prompts & Media Assets

We collect scripts, custom voice clones, uploaded audio/music tracks, selected image styles, prompt instructions, and customized video configurations created within the studio workspace.

Technical, Usage & Cookies

IP addresses, browser types, device attributes, usage logs, token usage calculations, and operational session cookies are automatically collected via standard protocols.

We utilize collected data to perform core platform functionality, including:

• Generating automated video scripts, audio narration, and AI visual assets based on your inputs.
• Executing direct API scheduling and auto-posting of completed videos to TikTok, YouTube Shorts/Long-form, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Pages.
• Managing credit balances, monitoring platform resource consumption, and providing system maintenance.
• Improving, training, and optimizing our internal AI generation algorithms and user interface experiences.

Merchant of Record & Payments

We share transaction-relevant account information with our Merchant of Record and payment processor, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), to handle global sales tax compliance, fraud prevention, subscription status management, and billing inquiries.

Social Media Platforms

When using our Direct API distribution feature, video files, captions, and scheduling data are transmitted to TikTok, Google/YouTube, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) via official APIs. Usage of these features is subject to the respective privacy policies of these third-party platforms.

AI Models & Cloud Service Providers

Script, voice generation, and GPU render tasks are processed through secure upstream AI service providers and cloud storage databases.

We implement encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) for transmitting data and securely store user tokens and credentials. Cloud storage allowances are enforced based on subscription plans. In accordance with global data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and Canadian PIPEDA framework), users retain complete rights to request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of their stored personal data, subject to necessary technical and legal compliance requirements.

All visual assets, voiceovers, and videos generated on AutoContent.Live carry 100% Whitelabel Content Ownership and come without watermarks for active paid accounts, permitting full commercial monetization.
