01
Data Encryption & Storage
- Data in Transit
- All network traffic to and from AutoContent.Live is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) to ensure your connection remains private and secure.
- Data at Rest
- Database backups and object storage use provider-managed encryption at rest. Application secrets such as API keys are encrypted before they are stored.
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Our compute engines, database servers, and GPU workflows are hosted inside secure, isolated Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) with strict firewall and access controls.
02
Third-Party API & Social Credential Safety
- OAuth Authentication
- When connecting social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), we connect exclusively via official third-party APIs using OAuth 2.0 authorization.
- No Raw Password Storage
- AutoContent.Live never asks for, receives, or stores your raw passwords for external social media accounts. You can revoke platform API permissions at any time directly through your connected social media account settings.
- Token Encryption
- Access tokens used to execute auto-posting and video uploads are stored in an encrypted state and restricted solely to automated distribution tasks.
03
Payment & Billing Security
- PCI-DSS Compliance
- Card payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. AutoContent.Live never stores full card numbers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant; card data is handled on Stripe-hosted checkout and payment elements.
- Zero Credit Card Storage
- AutoContent.Live servers never handle, process, or store complete credit card numbers or raw payment credentials.
04
System Reliability & Access Control
- High Availability & Backups
- Our cloud infrastructure features automated daily backups and fault-tolerant server setups to minimize service interruptions and prevent data loss.
- Role-Based Internal Access
- Access to the Super Admin panel requires a dedicated admin account. Admin sessions are verified on every API request against the live database. Additional MFA for admin logins can be enabled as an operational control.
