Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This policy explains when refunds may be considered, how to submit a claim through Paddle or AutoContent.Live support, and how subscription cancellation works.

01

General No-Refund Policy

AutoContent.Live provides digital SaaS workflows involving autonomous AI video generation, synthetic voice cloning, and direct social media multi-posting. Due to the substantial, immediate upstream computing costs and GPU server processing power required to render video files and synthesize audio, all purchases, recurring subscription fees, and extra token top-up packs are strictly non-refundable. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing credits, you explicitly acknowledge that funds cannot be recovered once GPU processing or data rendering has commenced.

02

Eligible Exceptions for Manual Review

We value our platform’s technical performance. Refund requests will be reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis and may be approved under the following strict criteria:

Verified System Failure
A documented internal platform bug, database error, or core API failure permanently deducted credits from your balance without successfully exporting or delivering the generated video file.
Duplicate Payment Gateway Error
A processing anomaly resulting in multiple billing transactions for a single intended subscription checkout or top-up order.
03

Ineligible Scenarios

Refunds will be denied for requests originating from:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the creative output, script phrasing, voice inflection, or aesthetic styling generated by the underlying AI engines.
  • Unused credit balances remaining at the end of a billing cycle or failure to use the platform during a subscription period.
  • Account suspensions or terminations resulting from violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., attempting to generate prohibited or explicit content).
04

How to Submit a Refund Claim

Because our checkout infrastructure is managed by our authorized reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), you can initiate a refund or billing inquiry through these compliant channels:

  • Click the “View Receipt” link within your official email transaction confirmation sent by Paddle.
  • Open a support ticket inside your logged-in AutoContent.Live billing dashboard workspace.
  • Email our administration directly at info@altuslabsinc.com, including your account login email and the Paddle Order Reference Number.

All refund claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date. Approved balances will be returned to the original payment instrument via Paddle within 5 to 10 business days. Contact: info@altuslabsinc.com

05

Seamless Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with a single click via your account dashboard settings. Cancellation prevents any future automated renewal charges. Following cancellation, you will retain complete platform utility and access to your remaining monthly credits until the final calendar day of your current paid billing cycle.
